Hiring Process (takes 3-5 days)
1. Fill out the agency's questionnaire
2. E-sign the Agency-Client Agreement and pay the registration fee of $200 (One-time lifetime)
3. Interview with candidates via Zoom
4. 1-week paid trial
5. Agency will submit background check reports, 12-panel drug tests, medical, PPD, vaccines, reference info, etc..
6. The client pays the one-time agency fee of $1500-2000.
7. Congrats! You have a newly hired household helper.

If you do not have access to a computer, we can arrange for one of our placement specialists to visit your home (in NYC only), assist you in completing the form manually, and conduct an in-person care assessment of your needs. This In-home service has a flat fee of $100/visit, which will be credited if you hire a caregiver through us.
